Please send your order to email (sales@javaincorporate.com) or fax (+62-24-7626173) with details below:
- Product name, amount and design. If you want to use your own design, please attach the design picture and other necessary details.
- The time you need those product to be shipped to your address.
- Your Full Name, address , phone/fax and email
After receiving your email, we will give you the details about product prices, shipping cost, production-time period, our bank details and an Order Contract Letter.
If you have been agree with those details (price,shipping cost etc), please make a down payment at least 60% of total product prices to our bank account. Then please assign the Order Contract Letter. Send this contract Letter and a copy of your bank transfer notes to our email (sales@javaincorporate.com) or fax (+62-24-7626173)
We will start the production process as soon as we receive the assigned Order Contract Letter and verify your down payment transfer.
We will send you a confirmation when the production process has been finished and all the products ready to be shipped. You must then pay the rest of the product prices and also the shipping cost.
We will ship the products to your address as soon as we receive your payment.
